Evergreen's championship nine hole course has 3,100 yards of well-maintained fairways and manicured greens to satisfy and challenge every level of golfer. The par 36 layout offers gently rolling, fully-irrigated fairways, undulating greens that are always in great shape, and strategically placed sand bunkers and water hazards. The greens are especially noteworthy for their generous size, with some ranging up to 6,000 square feet.

The greens were a bit on the small side but in very good shape. Speed was quick as they were cut short. The past few days has been warm and the greens looked like they could use a good soaking.
The small greens make up for the shortness of yardage of the course.
Green 9/18 slopes heavily toward the fairway adding increased difficulty.
Fairways were nice, but a bit firm. I was wasn't sure whether this was normal of because of the warm weather. My guess is the former.
Yardage markers are plates and occasionally hard to find.
Some tee boxes were a bit uneven but overall were good.
Signage was well posted at tees.
Double sets of tees for front and back nine.
There were hazards to clear on the par 3s but par 4s and 5s had little in the way of challenges.
The course rolls mildly but nothing too tough to walk.
Not overly long from the tips at just over 6100 yards.
Evergreen is best played as a full 18 holes then the price is very fair. I was given a frequent players card where a free game is given for every 4 games played.
A good course to take the family to if you're in the area.
Not the most challenging track but it is an enjoyable play. The shorter yardage of the course makes it playable by all.
The par 5s can easily be reached in two.
Course is clean.
Tree lines bordering the holes still make finding your ball very easy.
The only place you should lose a ball is mishitting on a par 3.
Very average scenery.
I was greeted at the door and had it held for me by a lady from the kitchen.
Attendant at the cash was very pleasant and got me quickly on my way.
Workers on course were constantly busy.
Clubhouse is simple, yet suits the course.
Park where you can as I can see the gravel parking lot easily getting filled when the course is busy.
Pay for your round just inside the clubhouse door.
From the clubhouse design I would assume your basic hamburgers, clubs, and fries are on the menu.
Clubhouse size is suitable for a nine hole course.
Scorecard is basic and could use a bit more detail. Namely the course layout as I often didn't know what hazards lay ahead.
Occasional directs were available and I had to use the scorecard to determine where to go next.
Green flags on pins can pose a problem.
Evergreen was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed all 3 par 3s.
I didn't expect the course to be so well maintained or expect to see so many maintenance staff on course.
